- Constitution Day: 91³Ô¹Ï celebrates Constitution Day each year on September 17th. However, when September 17 falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, Constitution Day shall be held during the preceding or following week. 91³Ô¹Ï provides faculty, students and staff with access to U.S. Constitution Day educational resources and provides educational events related to the constitution.
